I analyzed that the webpage also said " Gabrielle Alix, PDC Data Manager, is in Sofia, Bulgaria at the APECS World Summit." The meta header had CCIN as the first search term. This keyword was followed by Canadian Cryospheric Information Network, Cryosphere, and Antarctica which isn't as important as CCIN. The other words they used was Arctic. Polar data is also included but will not be seen by search engines.
